The duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administration include:
  • Accounts Payable and biweekly vendor payments
  • Administering all forms of insurance
  • Administering purchasing policies
  • Compliance with fiscal and financial laws
  • Coordinating the annual audit
  • Filing employee payroll and other related state and federal filings
  • Fiscal analysis
  • Internal control system
  • Maintain debt service records
  • Maintaining OSHA compliance
  • Preparation of the annual budget
